Should be legal for medical and personal use
Marijuana should be easily available for medical use because it should be legally available for personal use of adults exactly the same as alcohol is. There is a need to restrict driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated with alcohol and blood alcohol content or breath analysis is used to determine levels of impairment from alcohol. Currently tests for marijuana only detect if it is present and not the level of intoxication. New tests need to be developed and a level of impairment determined in the place of just detecting presence.
It is ilogical for hemp not to be used and seems only to have been outlawed because of the draconian laws regarding marijuana. Hemp is one of the most versitile crops known to man and should be used as a valuable commercial crop!
